Her City career began as a marketing manager at the London Commodity Exchange. She has held senior roles including Head of Marketing at Lloyd’s of London, Business Development Director at Baker McKenzie and CEO of Devereux Chambers. Most recently, she was Head of Internal Coaching as well as Marketing Director at Saunderson House, a boutique wealth management firm. Beverly also served as a NED for three years on the board of the Chartered Management Institute.
Beverly offers consultancy, coaching and training for individuals as well as teams and groups. She embraces a wide range of coaching models. She is particularly experienced in using strength-based models and is a Positive Psychology Practitioner. She is skilled at enabling people, teams and organisations to be at their resourceful best.
