Executive Coaching

Working with people to help them to create more choices and develop practical action plans to achieve their goals.

Welcome to Beverly Landais executive coaching. This website is designed to help you explore how being coached might help you to achieve more happiness and success in life and at work. Coaching assists people to focus on what they want – their goal – and then helps them explore what they can do for themselves to achieve it. The effectiveness of coaching comes from stimulating a person’s thinking and assisting them to transform good intention into actionable activity that furthers their goal.

Beverly Landais executive coaching works with people to help them to create more choices and develop practical action plans to achieve their goals. She approaches coaching with an optimistic attitude that there is always more than one option. Beverly helps people uncover their realistic options and supports them as they choose then act upon whichever best serves them. She is skilled at connecting people with ideas and activities that cultivate habits of success. Through coaching, she enables productive as well as rewarding business and personal relationships.

“I have dealt with a number of executive coaches in the course of managing a large legal practice. I rate Beverly extremely highly and as one of the best. Her calm, supportive style enables her to quickly build relationships with candidates which enables them to make the most out of their time with her and her incisive analysis identifies the real issues to be addressed.”

Gavin Tyler, Managing Partner, Cripps Law

"Beverly has, over many years, provided training for our members on many occasions and in particular we have engaged her services for those professionals at the most senior level within their organisations including partners. One Marketing and Business Development Director recently commented after a training course lead by Beverly ‘there was a real sense of purpose and energy in the room which was infectious. Well worth taking the time out of the office. Beverly was outstanding.’ I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Beverly for any project she is invited to undertake."

Gail Jaffa, Managing Partner, Professional Services Marketing Group

"Beverly’s approach is based on trust and mutual respect. She is a great listener who fosters an environment that allows you to speak out and move at your tempo so you neither feel rushed nor left out in the cold, she probes gently to help you come to your own answers. She is energised, infectiously professional and methodical but approachable."
